We prefer delivery by courier. In exceptional cases, you can pick up the goods from our warehouse in Kraków on a business day before 3:30 p.m.

Can goods be shipped directly to the end customer?

Yes, you specify the delivery address and the type of recipient in the shopping cart. There will be no documents included in the package.

Of course. However, placing an order directly on the platform guarantees faster processing.

Can I get the quote in PDF format?

Yes. Just add the products to your cart and request a quote. Your dedicated account manager will prepare it and save it to your account.

Yes. You can place an order using a saved offer, as long as it hasn't expired.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Yes. Your order is assigned a number and a processing date. As soon as the products arrive at our warehouse, we’ll ship them to you.

What documents can I find on the platform?
