Products available in our warehouse: orders placed before 1 p.m. on a business day will be shipped by courier on the same day. Products available on request: delivery time is determined individually.

Can I order to a paczkomatu?

Deliveries to parcel lockers are not available due to the non-standard sizes of some devices.

Can I pick up the goods in person?

We prefer delivery by courier. In exceptional circumstances, goods can be collected from our warehouse in Krakow on working days until 3:30 p.m.

Is it possible to ship goods to the end customer?

Yes, you specify the delivery location and type of recipient in the shopping cart. There will be no documents in the package.

Can I place an order by email?

Of course. However, placing an order yourself on the platform guarantees faster delivery.

Can I get the offer in PDF format?

Yes. Just add the products to your cart and request a quote. Your dedicated account manager will prepare it and save it to your account.

Can I place an order from the offer?

Yes. You can place an order from a saved offer, provided that it has not expired.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?

Yes. Your order is assigned a number and a delivery date. As soon as the products arrive at our warehouse, we ship them to you.

What documents will I find on the platform?

On the platform, you will find offers, invoices, pro forma invoices, warranties, complaints, orders, and saved shopping carts.

Can I make an offer to an end customer on the platform?

Yes. You can prepare an offer for the end customer in PDF format, specifying the contractor's details, margin, and other necessary information.
