The foundation of Salumanus is a belief in the power of the web. A network understood as infrastructure and one created by people — passionate about the virtual world. Salumanus was founded in 2002. In Poland, these are the years of splendor of Internet cafes and access to the Internet “for the minute”. Still few had access to a fixed link. And then Krzysztof Podgórski, a graduate of the Academy of Science and Technology in Cracow, a man with vision and passion for entrepreneurship, founded a company whose goal is to develop the network.Today we employ more than 60 people. We have engineers with experience in building and managing networks. Our partners are telecommunications giants, and we are often the first to introduce technological novelties on the world market.New technologies come to the world in our Fiber Optic Laboratory

And the knowledge base we build is a telecommunications encyclopedia for the next generations of engineers. With our GBC Photonics brand, we are present in the largest telecommunications projects not only in Poland, but also in the world.
